Since I started my own fitblr, I guess it’s time for a before and after picture
Progress: Feb’12 - May’13
Height: 175cm
SW: 101kg (left)
CW: 74kg (right)
GW: 70kg
Total loss so far: -27kg
Done with clean eating and working out 6 times a week for at least 45 minutes (mostly Jillian Michaels Workouts and running … a lot of running)
Only a few kgs left until I reach my goalweight. I already bought my bikini for the summer :)
