Since I started my own fitblr, I guess it’s time for a before and after pictureProgress: Feb’12 - May’13Height: 175cmSW: 101kg (left)CW: 74kg (right)GW: 70kgTotal loss so far: -27kgDone with clean eating and working out 6 times a week for at least 45 minutes (mostly Jillian Michaels Workouts and running … a lot of running)Only a few kgs left until I reach my goalweight.
